AI development tools, when used correctly, are awesome and have greatly improved my productivity. From experience, I’ve found they work best when the codebase has strong foundations. That way, AI can follow and respect clear (and clean) architecture guidelines.

How much time would it take to develop FastSaaS features?
It depends on your scope and development speed. For reference, I’ve been building software for over ten years, and it still took me about three months to create FastSaaS as it exists today.
That’s because there are countless “boring” but essential SaaS details you can’t ignore, things like enabling customers to download invoices, handling missed payments, managing plan upgrades/downgrades/cancellations, email automation, social logins, and more.
My goal with FastSaaS is to save you from reinventing all of this, so you can reuse my work and focus on what makes your product truly unique, not the boilerplate.
