Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the FastSaaS template (the "Template"). By purchasing or using the Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Template, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Template.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, FastSaaS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template as follows:
Premium Template (79€)
- License to use the Template for one (1) commercial project
- You may modify and customize the Template for your project
- You may deploy the Template on your own servers or hosting platforms
- No support or updates included after initial purchase
Premium + 1 Year Support (299€)
- License to use the Template for unlimited projects during one (1) year from purchase date
- All rights included in Premium Template
- Access to updates and improvements for one (1) year
- Email support for one (1) year
Premium + Lifetime Support (399€)
- License to use the Template for unlimited projects, indefinitely
- All rights included in Premium Template
- Lifetime access to updates and improvements
- Lifetime email support
3. License Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the Template (in whole or in part) to any third party
- Create derivative templates or starter kits for sale or distribution
- Use the Template to create competing products or services
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Template
- Share your license access with others or use it on behalf of multiple entities
- Use the Template for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Template (except to the extent applicable law prohibits such restriction)
Clarification: You retain full ownership of the applications you build using the Template. These restrictions apply only to the Template code itself.
4. Purchase and Payment
All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
- Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required
- Payment must be received in full before access to the Template is granted
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction
5. Delivery
Upon successful payment:
- You will receive an email with download instructions and/or access credentials
- Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours of purchase
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your email and download links
- If you do not receive your Template within 48 hours, contact admin@fast-saas.com
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If the Template is fundamentally broken or unusable and we cannot resolve the issue within 14 days of your report
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the Template within 48 hours of purchase and we cannot resolve the delivery issue
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same license twice
Refund requests must be submitted to admin@fast-saas.com within 14 days of purchase with a detailed explanation.
Note: Refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incompatibility with your specific project requirements
- Lack of technical skills to implement or customize the Template
- Third-party service incompatibilities (hosting, databases, etc.)
7. Support and Updates
Premium Template (79€)
No support or updates included. You receive the Template "as-is" at the time of purchase.
Premium + 1 Year Support (299€)
- Email support for setup, configuration, and general questions
- Response time: Within 48 hours on business days
- Access to bug fixes and updates for one (1) year
- Support does not include custom development or feature requests
Premium + Lifetime Support (399€)
- Lifetime email support
- Response time: Within 48 hours on business days
- Lifetime access to all updates, improvements, and bug fixes
- Support does not include custom development or feature requests
Support Exclusions: Support does not cover:
- Third-party services or integrations (Stripe, AWS, etc.)
- Custom modifications you have made to the Template
- Deployment or hosting issues (unless Template-specific)
- Training or teaching programming concepts
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE TEMPLATE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- That the Template will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
- That the Template will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- That defects will be corrected
You assume all risk associated with the use of the Template. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or results.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- FastSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- This includes loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Template
- These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Intellectual Property
The Template, including all code, design, documentation, and related materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- FastSaaS retains all ownership rights to the Template
- This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos
- You own the applications you build using the Template, but not the Template itself
- Any modifications you make to the Template remain subject to these Terms
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Template ceases immediately
- You must cease all use of the Template and destroy all copies
- You will not be entitled to a refund
- Applications you have already built and deployed may continue to operate
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
- Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users
- Your continued use of the Template after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Template
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Template shall be resolved in the courts of France.
By purchasing the FastSaaS template, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
